From all your experience of ‘disability’ - as a disabled person or friend or parent etc what would be your 1 best piece of advice to tell the world?? My ‘golden nugget of wisdom’, for what it’s worth, is this: see others as equal, treat others as different. What i mean by that is that no-one is better than anyone else, we are all equal. However, we are all unique and different to each other and we need to really get to know each person as an individual to understand what makes each one of us tick. I think if everyone did that the world would be a little bit nicer.
