Integr8’s vision is in line with the overall Through the Roof vision and so we want every young disabled person to be free to fulfil their God-given potential.
Integr8 adheres to Through the Roof’s 5 values. See below for how we try and live these out:
Equality – the Bible tells us that everyone is made in the image of God. That means we are all equally valuable, so don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not good enough. There is a unique place and purpose for you and each one of us in God’s kingdom - no matter what our difficulties.
Relationship – we were designed to be in relationship with God and each other. We are all dependent on God and His amazing resources, and we are interdependent on each other. That means I need you and you need me and we both need God.
Transformation – we believe that God can bring about positive change in our lives that will last forever. It is all part of the being on an exciting journey with Jesus.
Enabling – all of us need a bit of assistance sometimes and so we want to give more people the opportunity to get involved with meeting the needs of disabled people and we want to enable disabled people to use their gifts and skills and make a positive contribution to our churches and communities.
Excellence – everything that comes from God is good and we want to give our best in all we do and learn from others too.
